The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor’s Kyle Trap – Uses Jack’s Son to Destroy Jabot and Marriage to Diane?
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has already been laying the groundwork for his vengeful plan. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) crossed the line by putting Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) in harm’s way that night when he drank and popped pills.
It was a calculated risk from Jack’s perspective – one that paid off since it woke Nikki up and convinced her to get some real help.
Now that Nikki’s doing so well following her rehab stint, she certainly doesn’t want Victor to blame Jack for anything.
Nevertheless, Victor is still craving payback and will use the most important people in Jack’s life against him.
We’ve already been seeing some warning signs since Victor talked to Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) about going soft and tried to stir up more tension in her relationships with Jack and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
Likewise, Victor spoke to Kyle and played up the fact that he should be in Diane’s position at Jabot.
As this storyline heats up, Victor will find other ways to cause problems and could potentially set a trap for Kyle to fall into.
Victor might cook up some situations that entice Kyle to sabotage Diane’s role at the company.
There could be some deals that play out because Victor sends them Kyle’s way and encourages Diane to be left out of the picture.
It’s even possible that’s happened already if Victor arranged the recent Foley deal and pushed the guy to work exclusively with Kyle.
Of course, if Victor’s playing that dirty, he could also arrange for Kyle to make some deals that’ll ultimately damage Jabot.
Targeting Jack’s company is part of Victor’s agenda since the Abbott family legacy matters so much to his rival.
If Victor can destroy Jabot using Jack’s own son and blow up Jack’s marriage in the process, he’ll cover all his bases when it comes to making his enemy truly suffer.
We should mention that in the June 10 episode, Victor will give Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) some new assignments.
If Cole and Michael want to prove they can still be loyal, they’ll have to accept them.
After Victor orders Michael to get friendly with Diane again, he’ll also instruct Cole to form a friendship with Kyle.
It’s clear that Victor’s working multiple angles in his plot against Jack, so setting Kyle up is part of the equation here.
