Mykelti Brown Padron loves her children — but not so much the experience of pregnancy.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive sneak peek at the Sept. 29 episode of Sister Wives, Mykelti opens up about her pregnancy with her twin sons Archer Banks and Ace McCord, whom she welcomed with her husband Antonio “Tony” Padron in Nov. 2022. The 28-year-old daughter of Christine and Kody Brown, who is pregnant with her boys in the episode, admits that she does not want to be pregnant again.

“I’m ready to be done,” the mom of three admits. “This is the last time I will ever — hopefully, knock on wood — this is the last time I will ever be pregnant again.”

In a confessional, Mykelti tells the cameras, “I love the idea of in the future maybe having more kids, but they will not come out of my body.”

“Pregnancy is miserable. It is literally awful,” she adds.

Back in the scene, Mykelti opens up to her family about how she will be giving birth to her twin boys via a C-section.

“I’ve come to terms with it,” she explains. “Like I’m going to get over the fact that I can’t have them vaginally, but I’m not too happy about it.”

“But you’ll be able to see it, too they were saying,” Christine chimes in, referring to the doctor’s explanation of the procedure. “It’s got a cloth here though, right?” she asks while pointing to her stomach region.

Mykelti corrects her mom, sharing, “I’ll have a curtain over in front of my face, so I won’t be able to see them actually do the procedure. But Doctor Bean did say that he would put a mirror down there, so if I wanted to, I could.”

Christine is ecstatic by this news, telling Mykelti to, “Sign me up for that,” adding that it’s “So cool!”

Mykelti agrees with her mom’s idea to watch the birth, explaining her reasoning in a confessional.

“I want to see it, because if I can’t feel it, I want to at least know what’s going on,” she says.

“I’m really excited about tomorrow,” Mykelti adds, referring to the procedure.
