General Hospital Sneak Peek – Finn Hides Booze as Surprise Visitor Arrives – Furious Reaction to Tough Love
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show has released a new sneak peek video for the episode that’ll air on Monday, June 17. Now that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has had a troubling conversation with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), she’ll head over to Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) apartment and try to get through to him.
GH’s sneak peek clip kicks off with Finn picking up some of Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) belongings following their pool outing.
It looks like Violet will already be in bed, so that’ll give Finn another opportunity to drink alone.
Once Finn hears a knock at the door, he’ll gaze over at the open booze bottle nearby.
Finn will realize he’d better clean up the proof of his alcohol guzzling, so he’ll quickly tuck the bottle away in the cabinet.
As for the glass Finn was using, he’ll put that aside too and give himself a little breath check. Finn won’t want to give the person at the door any more reasons to think he’s got a problem.
Of course, Finn’s had plenty of concerned visitors lately, so part of him may suspect this is going to be another one.
Even so, Finn will seem a bit taken aback when he opens the door to find Alexis.
“Surprise,” Alexis says in the sneak peek video, which leaves Finn staring back at her.
Finn will ultimately let Alexis in, but he may wish he hadn’t once she dishes out some tough love.
All Finn’s usual excuses aren’t going to work on Alexis since she understands addiction firsthand.
Although Alexis will push Finn to stop living in denial and see that he needs help, Finn will reject that idea.
Instead, Finn will act like he’s got everything under control and will suggest he’s entitled to use alcohol to cope with his loss.
Alexis will inevitably bring up Violet and may argue that she doesn’t deserve a drunk dad.
Perhaps Alexis will also mention Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and point out that watching Finn struggle like this is the last thing he’d want.
Nevertheless, Finn’s using booze as a crutch during his time of grief and won’t know how to get by without it at this point.
That’s why Finn will stand his ground and contend that he’s going to deal with his loss HIS way!
Our predictions hint that Finn may throw Alexis out eventually, but she’ll let him know he’s headed down a catastrophic road before she goes.
By the time this confrontation wraps up, Alexis will have some terrible news to report back to Chase.
