General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, June 20 – Sam Furious Over Jason’s Secret – Nina Confesses to Maxie – Carly’s Warning

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, June 20, reveal that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will encourage Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) to have some fun – perhaps with Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) kids if they invite her for another day at the pool.

However, Violet will admit she doesn’t want to leave Finn alone, so he may have to plaster on a smile and try to convince her that he’ll be fine.

Of course, GH fans know Finn isn’t fine at all and will inevitably drink again if he’s left in solitude.

Since Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) aren’t going to let go of their concerns, Finn will fly into a rage once more in Thursday’s episode.

Over with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), he’ll tell Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) that he’s found their prize.

Spinelli was apparently able to locate the necessary files, so it won’t be long until he reveals the leverage the FBI’s holding over Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Once Sam realizes Jason has been protecting Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) from RICO violations and criminal conspiracy charges, she’ll be furious.

Sam may have a problem with Jason putting Carly above his own children, but she won’t be happy about the corner John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington) backed Jason into either.

As for Carly, she’ll deliver a warning to Jason – perhaps about Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) run for Congress.

It sounds like Carly will give Jason a heads-up and point out that what Drew’s doing affects his twin brother, too.

There’s bound to be all kinds of scrutiny about Drew’s background and family, so Carly may give Jason updates so he can be prepared.

Of course, Jason has much bigger issues on his mind at the moment, so he may assure Carly that Drew’s entitled to make whatever political career choices he wants.

Over with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), he’ll find out more information about Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

Perhaps Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will give Gio a few details regarding Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) demise and all the drama Trina endured because of Esme Prince (Avery Pohl).

Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will reunite with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) for a catch-up session, so she’ll warn him about someone not being the sweet young kid that he remembers.

At GH, Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will push Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) to talk to her, so it looks like they’ll have a discussion about Liz’s breakup and her decision to report Finn’s drinking to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).

Other General Hospital spoilers say Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will deliver some stunning news to Maxie, who may find out that Drew’s running for Congress – and that Nina hooked up with him again!

Since Nina will open up to Maxie on Thursday’s show, she might confess to developing feelings for Drew.

Then again, maybe Maxie will figure that out and push for Nina’s admission instead.

Regardless, Maxie may make some predictions about the happiness Nina and Drew could find if they’d both be fully honest.
