General Hospital Spoilers: Cates Arrests Carly, Spinelli Saves The Day
General Hospital spoilers tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) didn’t let his friends and family believe he was dead for over two years because he wanted to.
As viewers know, Jason was on a rescue mission on Cassadine Island when he was caught in a cave in. Even though Jason found an way to safety, he was apprehended by the FBI before he could reunite with his loved ones.
Agent John Cates (Adam Harrington) blackmailed Jason with evidence of Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) committing RICO violations.
General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer could have gone to prison!
Rather than let Carly go to prison for 20 years, Jason agreed to work undercover as an informant for Cates. Jason was to infiltrate the Pikeman Group.
However, Jason’s cover was blown which allowed him to return home. But Cates was still forcing Jason to help him take Pikeman down by drawing them out using Jason as bait. Carly still has no idea what Jason sacrificed to save her. But that may change soon.
GH Spoilers – John Cates gave Jason Morgan new order!
Cates has uncovered evidence that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is the head of Pikeman but everything he has is circumstantial, So he’s ordered Jason to find concrete proof so John can arrest her.
But Jason knows that Anna is innocent and that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is the true culprit. Jason immediately went to Anna to let her know that she was being framed.
But John specifically warned Jason not to tell Anna she was being investigated or he would send Carly to prison. Jason has already don’t exactly that.
General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer may go to jail.
There is every possibility that Cates will find out Jason and Anna are working together. If so, he won’t hesitate to have Carly arrested.
However, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) have already decided to find the evidence used against Jason by any means necessary, Spinelli has already hacked into the FBI database and is in the process of locating the recording of Carly’s RICO violations.
But there are a lot of files so it will take some time before Spinelli can locate and delete the incriminating recording. But look for Spinelli to save the day in the nick of time. Cates won’t have any choice but to set Jason and Carly free.
