Now, it is tough to say when the video was actually filmed, and whether the woman from the video is still even in the room anymore. However, the latest DOOL episode gave us a big clue to go on.

We saw Leo overhearing Dr. Mark Greene talking fondly to someone over the phone. It turned out that he was speaking with his girlfriend, a woman we have not seen yet, or even heard of. The two even made plans to meet “tonight.” So, whoever she is, we will find out in the upcoming episode.

Although, we think it is going to be the character that Annalynne McCord is playing, there are still many questions up in the air. If you remember, we previously shared a picture from the sets of the Peacock soap. It featured Jonah Robinson (Dr. Mark Greene), Louis Tomeo (Aaron Greene), Kennedy Garcia (Felicity Greene), and AnnaLynne McCord (Mystery Woman).

The connects basically connect themselves! If Annalynne is filming scenes with the whole Greene family, then she must be connected to them. So, what are the chances that she won’t be Mark’s unseen girlfriend? Zilch, we say! Moreover, she looks awfully lot like the woman in the video!
