Popular 90 Day Fiancé star Rebecca Parrott was separated from Zied Hakimi after their latest Tunisia stay due to a very heartbreaking reason. Rebecca from Georgia and Zied from Tunis had met on Facebook, after which they first featured in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 3. Zied was much younger than Rebecca and had quite a few similarities with her third ex-husband, a man from Morocco who left her after coming to the U.S. Rebecca used filters to look younger for Zied, but Zied didn’t seem to mind it as long as she adhered to the rules of his religion.

In 90 Day Fiancé season 8, Rebecca and Zied got married after he endlessly pushed her into tying the knot before the holy month of Ramzan began. Fans were skeptical of how long Zied and Rebecca’s relationship would last, given that the 51 year old was insecure when her 29-year-old husband was around women his age. But in June this year, Rebecca and Zied shared photos from Tunisia to mark four years of togetherness. During their last franchise appearance on 90 Day Diaries, Rebecca was fearful of Zied traveling to Tunisia, as she expected him to leave her and move back for good. However, Rebecca ended up accompanying Zied to his home country, where she stayed for a few months to see if she could live there long term.

On Wednesday night, Rebecca told her Instagram family that she and Zied were saying goodbye to Tunisia. A makeup-free and filter-free Rebecca admitted she got “emotional” and was trying not to cry while leaving Zied’s friends and loved ones behind, even though she was excited to go home. However, in a different video posted immediately after, Rebecca wrote, “Going home without Zied” and a heartbreak emoji that left fans worried. 90 Day Fiancé celeb Rebecca added, “Didn’t see this coming at all,” in her caption as she explained that she was recording the video from Germany at her layover and that Zied was not with her.

They wouldn’t let him on the plane,” Rebecca added. According to her, Zied needed a “freakin’ visa for a two-hour layover in Canada.” Rebecca confessed that she had to be back at work. They also have a house waiting for them in America, so there was no way that Rebecca couldn’t have flown back to the U.S. as planned. As she ended the video, she appeared tearful, and fans reached out to her while praying for Zied to fly back to her on a flight change. Meanwhile, confused 90 Day Fiancé franchise star Tania Maduro asked Rebecca, “Doesn’t he have his greencard [sic]?” Tania mentioned that Green Card holders are “allowed to enter Canada” and that she herself is about to go with her grandma. Someone asked Rebecca why they didn’t ask “all the infos” before traveling and told her to double-check next time.

Not everyone had advice to give to Rebecca, and some fans asked her if she was doing okay as she dealt with the stressful situation. On the other hand, Zied has not updated his own Instagram at all to provide 90 Day Fiancé fans any details of his whereabouts. There are some viewers who are accusing Rebecca of creating unnecessary drama for attention. However, some suspect Zied purposefully stayed back in Tunisia and Rebecca is just creating a storyline to perhaps hide the fact that they’re no longer together.
