90 Day Fiance: John McManus & Thais Ramone Start to Bond
John McManus’ relationship with his sister-in-law, Thais Ramone, has had many ups and downs. When she moved to America to marry his brother, Patrick Mendes, they didn’t get along. She didn’t like his drinking habits and partying lifestyle. She also didn’t like that he was living with him, and she and her husband couldn’t have their own space.
However, the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After cast members were on the same page about Patrick’s relationship with his father, Jose Mendes. They both felt that Jose was using his son. They also agreed that it wasn’t right that his father was going to charge them to have their daughter’s birthday on his ranch.
Many viewers were glad to see John and Thais finally get along. They felt like they were becoming “best buds.” Some fans even thought they were bonding over their “mutual dislike” of Patrick’s father. It was an alliance many people loved to see grow. But these besties didn’t stay on the same page for long.
John Fights with Thais’ Friend
John joins Patrick and Thais on their family vacation to Brazil. While there, they meet up with some of her friends. They bring up his behavior while they were living together. She tells her friends about the party he threw while they were living together in Dallas.
The 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After castmate’s friend then calls her brother-in-law a bad person. One of her friends thinks he is a bad influence on his brother. However, he disagrees. He doesn’t think he is trying to make his brother go down a bad path.
Thais’ friend then calls John a “typical male ass****.” So, he then calls her a “sl*t.” Her friend then throws a drink at him and walks away.

Thais Ramone tells John McManus that she can’t invite him places because he ends up causing a problem. However, he feels he didn’t do anything. He explains that her friend was trying to make him look like a bad guy. She then says that she doesn’t want to see him for the rest of the trip.
Some 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After fans feel that Thais and John are back to being enimines. One person thinks that she is “being so unfair” to him. Another person believes she doesn’t take “any responsibility for her part” in the arguments. A person also feels that she “hated him from the start, once she realized he’s not going to let her control” his brother.
However, fans were happy to see Patrick Mendes stand up for his brother. He wasn’t going to let his wife’s friend make his brother look like a bad guy. But will this cause more issues in his marriage?
